Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Tennis With Liam LLC (“Tennis with Liam”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit tenniswithliam.com or any related page or channel (the “Site”), buy or use any of our products and services (the “Products”), or otherwise communicate with us. It applies to all of our Products, current and future.

By using the Site or our Products, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. Depending on what you buy or do, this may include:

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address and, where a Product asks for it, your phone number.
  • Order details, such as the Products you buy, prices, dates, confirmation numbers and your acceptance of our terms.
  • Tennis information and submissions, such as links to match videos, videos, photographs, your answers to questions about your game, your level or rating, and goals.
  • Information about a player under 18, when a parent or guardian provides it to buy a Product for that player.
  • Communications, such as emails you send us and any feedback or reviews you give us.

Payment information. Payments are made through our payment processor, Stripe, which collects your card or other payment details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us limited information such as the payment amount, status, date and, in some cases, the card brand and last four digits.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, our hosting and service providers may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you visit, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. This helps us keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, deliver and support the Products you buy, including preparing your analysis or plan;
  • process payments, prevent fraud and keep records of transactions;
  • send you transactional messages, such as order confirmations, delivery of your Products, updates about your order and replies to your questions;
  • respond to your requests and provide customer support;
  • operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site and our Products;
  • send you news, offers or information about new Products, where you have agreed to receive them or where the law otherwise permits, always with a way to opt out;
  • comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We will not publish your videos, photographs or results, or use them or your name in marketing or testimonials, without your separate permission.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that process it on our behalf to run our business, under obligations to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us. These currently include Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Amazon Web Services (website hosting, databases and file storage), and may include other providers as our Products grow.
  • Coaches working with us, where a Product is delivered by or with another coach, limited to what they need to deliver it.
  • Legal and safety reasons: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our customers or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale of assets, financing or acquisition of all or part of our business, in which case the information remains subject to the protections in this policy.
  • With your consent, or at your direction, for any other purpose.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies only where they are needed for it to work:

  • Payment cookies set by Stripe on our checkout page to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
  • Session storage in your browser, which remembers your order between the questions and checkout pages and is cleared when you close the tab.
  • Sign-in cookies for our own staff on the private administration pages.

If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy first. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, but checkout may not work without them.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our Products and for the purposes described in this policy. Orders, and the analyses and other files we deliver to you, are kept so that you can return to them later, until you ask us to delete them. Records of transactions are kept for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage, private file storage and access limited to those who need it. Files we deliver to you are reached only through private, unguessable links; anyone you forward a link to can open it, so please keep your links private.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18. Information about a player under 18 should be provided only by their parent or legal guardian, who buys the Product on the player’s behalf and may contact us at any time to review or delete it.

If you believe that a person under 18 has given us personal information without a parent or guardian’s involvement, please contact us at tenniswithliamanalysis@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Your Privacy Rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy of it;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete your information, except where we must keep it to comply with the law or for legitimate business records such as completed transactions;
  • stop sending you marketing messages.

Residents of certain US states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others, and of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to data portability, to restrict or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, to opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising (which we do not do), and to complain to a data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email tenniswithliamanalysis@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where the law allows.

Marketing Communications

We send emails about your orders as part of providing our Products. We send marketing emails only where you have agreed to receive them or the law otherwise permits, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also opt out at any time by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about orders you have placed.

Do-Not-Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not respond to them. As described above, we do not track you across other websites for advertising.

International Visitors

We are based in the United States, and the Site and our service providers store and process information in the United States. If you use the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to other websites and apps, such as social media or video hosting services where you keep your match videos. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example as we add Products or services. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as by email or a notice on the Site.
